Glowlightar provides personal organisation and time management consultation services. These services are delivered through live consultations and personalised guidance sessions, which are provided immediately upon scheduling and delivery.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with proper notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Refunds for consultation services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds may be available for late cancellations.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the consultation booking.
Glowlightar understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances, we will work with clients to find appropriate solutions, which may include full refunds even outside the standard policy terms.
